Setting? My current setting is Israel, in the territory of Benjamin. I chose it, cuz, um, it's Biblical fiction and the story HAS TO take place there ;) (prolly a copout - but that's what I'm sticking to LOL). And I'm trying to use the natural landscape to be "barriers" and such between people - if that makes sense. Still working on that part ;)
My setting is the the open sea and an island where only the banished live.

My setting is contemporary and looks suspiciously like my hometown. But don't tell anyone. ;-)
Some great new releases. My setting is fictional and it is definitely the third character in my book. It's a fun little town in CA centered in apple country, and it has some secrets as well :)
